About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by New Age Duct and Furnace Cleaning Ltd. ("New Age", "we", "us"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time. The final price may change if the scope of work, system size, access conditions or other details differ from what was described. We'll talk to you about any change before doing additional work.

Scheduling and access

You agree to give our technicians safe, reasonable access to the equipment, ductwork and areas that need to be cleaned. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, please let us know as early as possible.

Access openings

Where it's necessary for a complete cleaning, we may create access openings in ductwork. These openings are sealed with steel plates and properly covered when the work is complete.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed when you book your service or as stated on your invoice. Commercial and multi-unit work may be invoiced according to the terms agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

We carry out all work with care and are fully licensed and insured. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, deterioration, or defects in equipment or ductwork that are discovered or disturbed during normal cleaning, or for indirect or consequential losses.
